Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived ( Date that tracking has stated delivered ), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not offer exchanges on products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must still be attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
* * * LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS * * *
We are not responsible after shipping your item if it gets lost. you as the buyer are responsible to contact the shipping provide and resolve the issue. All packages will be shipped with tracking so you can keep track.
If you receive a item that is damaged or broken during shipping. ( Example a broken coffee mug ) You must contact Get Lojos Mojo @ getlojosmojo@gmail.com
In order to receive a Refund you must include Pictures or a Picture of the broken item. If there is no picture sent there will be no refund.
* * * NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn or used, or if tags have been cut off
- No Returns on Coffee Mugs, Tea Cup ( any kind of mug )
- No Returns on Water Bottle, Tumblers, or Thermos

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
